Veteran Testimonial Appreciation Offer - Terms & Conditions

Sponsor: Budget Hearing Aids, LLC dba Audien Hearing, 7350 E Evans Rd, Bldg B100, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 ("Audien").

1. Promotion Overview

Audien is inviting Veterans within its customer community to share their personal experience with Audien hearing aids through a video testimonial. The first fifty (50) eligible participants who successfully submit a qualifying testimonial in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will receive one (1) complimentary pair of Audien Shields, subject to availability.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion begins on 6/5 and ends on 8/5, or when fifty (50) eligible testimonial submissions have been received and verified by Audien, whichever occurs first.

3. Eligibility

To participate, individuals must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a current or former member of the United States Armed Forces, or a family member.
• Have previously purchased or used an Audien hearing aid product.
• Submit a testimonial through Audien's designated testimonial platform during the Promotion Period.
• Reside in a location where participation is permitted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Audien and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation at Audien's discretion.

4. How to Participate

Eligible participants must submit a video testimonial through the link provided by Audien. Testimonials should reflect the participant's honest opinions and actual experiences with Audien products.

Submission of a testimonial does not guarantee receipt of the promotional gift. Only the first fifty (50) eligible participants whose submissions are received and verified by Audien will qualify.

5. Qualifying Testimonial Requirements

To qualify, a testimonial must:

• Be submitted through the designated platform.
• Be the participant's original content.
• Reflect the participant's truthful experience with Audien products.
• Comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.
• Not contain offensive, defamatory, unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate content.

Audien reserves the right to determine whether a submission qualifies under these Terms & Conditions.

6. Promotional Gift

Each qualifying participant will receive:

• One (1) pair of Audien Shields.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $59.

Limit one (1) promotional gift per person and household.

The promotional gift is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Audien reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Notification and Fulfillment

Qualified participants will be notified via email using the contact information provided during submission. Promotional gifts will be shipped to the address provided by the participant.

Audien is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or undeliverable contact or shipping information.

8. Testimonial Rights and Consent

By submitting a testimonial, participants grant Audien and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise utilize the testimonial, including the participant's name, likeness, voice, image, and statements, for marketing, advertising, promotional, and business purposes in any media now known or later developed, without further compensation except as expressly provided in this promotion.

Participation and receipt of the promotional gift are not conditioned on providing a positive testimonial. Participants should provide their honest opinions and experiences.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used for administering the promotion, fulfilling promotional gifts, and processing testimonial submissions in accordance with Audien's Privacy Policy located at https://audienhearing.com/policies/privacy-policy.

10. General Conditions

Audien reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

Audien's decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, and administration of the promotion are final and binding.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audien shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising out of participation in this promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the promotional gift.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
